With more than 10 years of his experience as a Trainer,
he has been involved several times as Facilitator / Trainer in Indonesia based
Team Building and Leadership program using Directive Communication’s method and
tools with Arthur F. Carmazzi, the World Top 10 Leadership Gurus for
organizations such as Phillips Indonesia, Seinheizer Singapore, BRAC Bank
Bangladesh. In Personal Development, he facilitated motivation training
program, team building, media and effective communication skill, communication
strategy and customer services excellent in Kupang, Papua, South Sulawesi, Jakarta,
NTB, NTT, Kalimantan, and North Sulawesi, Bandung, Medan, Ambon and Ternate. He
work together with government, local government, NGO, INGO, private sector such
as; Indonesia for Sanitation and Wastewater project of Ministry of Public Works
and Directorate of
Urban Design, Ministry of Health, UNESCO, IUWASH-USAID, PLAN Indonesia, PDAM,
CARDI, YPCII, SPEAK Indonesia. He just finished his work as a Public Campaign Consultant and Team Leader
for Denpasar Sewerage Development Project in Bali. Nowadays he is a freelance
Communication specialist, Consultant and Trainer.
